This is an agreement between you and Text Services, LLC
The agreement consists of the following Terms of Use as well as the Text Services, LLC Privacy Policy. By signing up on RemindMyCustomers.com, you are deemed to have consented to all of these terms of use along with our Privacy Policy.
Use of RemindMyCustomers.com
You are not to use RemindMyCustomers.com for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to any use which disrupts RemindMyCustomers.com system or other customers, damages RemindMyCustomers.com property, or interferes with RemindMyCustomers.com ability to provide service to other users. You agree to comply with all laws while using RemindMyCustomers.com and you agree not to transmit any communication that would violate any laws, court order or regulation or would likely be offensive to the recipient. You are responsible for all content you transmit through the RemindMyCustomers.com website. RemindMyCustomers.com only provides you with the SERVICE of sending phone calls, short messages to mobile phones, and emails. Text Services, LLC is not liable for any consequences that might arise from sending phone calls, messages, and emails by any person that uses the service provided at RemindMyCustomers.com
RemindMyCustomers.com may not be used for the sending of unsolicited
phone calls, text messages, or emails (sometimes called "spam").
Multiple Locations
If your business has multiple locations, each location must set up its own RemindMyCustomers.com account. A single account cannot work for more than one location. Each location will be billed separately.
When multiple businesses share the same secretaries' office, each business must have its own separate account for the system to work properly
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Text Services, LLC be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, direct, special, punitive, incidental, consequential damages of any character that arise from you or any other users. While phone calls, text messages, and emails almost always get to their destination very quickly, Text Services, LLC is not responsible for any reminders/messages not delivered at all or in time because many factors in technology could enhance a defect in the delivery. There is no 100% guarantee on the delivery, so we are not liable of any lawsuit from our members and the members do agree on this rule by signing up to our service.
Termination / Cancellation
A Company at any time can cancel their service with RemindMyCustomers.com without penalty. If the cancellation is after the 30-day money back guaranty time period, no moneys will be refunded. The service will just simply end. However, you may be charged for outstanding phone calls.
Text Services, LLC will terminate any Company's account if at any time a Company is found to be abusing our system, with no refunds. This could include but not limited to; adult oriented transmissions or refusing to stop sending reminders to a person upon their request. Please note that a customer can Opt Out by going to RemindMyCustomers.com and clicking the Opt Out link.
We reserve the right to cancel a Company's account at any time without notice for any reason that we deem appropriate. Service fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and refunded if we institute our right of cancellation. However, if cancellation is caused by the Company's violation of our terms, then no refund is due.
Copyright
Organizations, Businesses, Clients, Members, Sign-Up person and else do agree under the law of intellectual property that signing up to our service is for the sole use of it and under any circumstances the program, style, ideas and any parts of Text Services, LLC can not be duplicated or "copycatted." We have the right to enforce this law at anytime and you are bound by this law upon signing up.

RemindMyCustomers.com is owned and operated by Text Services, LLC.
Agreement
You acknowledge that these terms and conditions are a material part of Text Services, LLC's decision to provide RemindMyCustomers.com service to you.
Notification of Changes
Text Services, LLC will review and update/change our Terms of Use as needed. If we update/change our Terms of Use, we will post those changes here, on the RemindMyCustomers.com website. We will also notify you via email, sent to the email address that you have provided us for your company.
